Frankfurt (Germany), 2025Competition entry for the redesign of the Paulsplatz in Frankfurt, addressing the question of how the square surrounding the significant Paulskirche can be treated with the introduction of a House of Democracy. We proposed re-establishing the Neue Kräme according to its historical image by defining a new architectural edge on the Paulsplatz, while simultaneously preserving the square as a place for gathering and maintaining its planting; therefore, the square was slightly raised.
